Why PowerToRise Started

After more than two decades in leadership roles, it became clear that career growth is rarely about just skills or systems. It often begins when someone believes in a person before they believe in themselves. Many bright minds lose confidence due to lack of guidance and talented individuals give up on their potential because no one is there to listen. This realisation became the turning point.

 

PowerToRise was created with a simple purpose  to provide support, mentorship and encouragement that more people should have access to, free from the barriers of cost or formality.
